    Welcome to ABS by Steve Coleman!

    So what’s the ultimate fitness goal for men? Yes, of course most guys would like to be fit and healthy but in my years of experience and from my countless male clients I’m always told the ULTIMATE goal is to look ripped and find those abs!

    Now it would be completley unrealistic of me to say that everyone who uses this plan will see their abs in six weeks. After all, each person will start their journey from a different place not only health and fitness-wise but body shape, size and age will also be contributing factors in the end result.

    The key to achieving those ripped abs is to burn fat whilst building or maintaining lean muscle through a combination of diet and exercise which this plan seeks to do.
